What Will You See?

Friendly greeters, you may get a hug. From the moment you walk in the doors we want you to feel at home. Greeters will meet and direct you through the facilities. They'll hand you a bulletin containing announcements, sermon notes and other information you may be interested in reading. If you have any questions just ask and they'll do all they can to answer them.

Casual dress, some more than others. Undoubtedly, you'll see everything from suits to shorts. New Covenant has a diverse population and it shows. We are are more interested in what is on the "inside" than what is on the "outside".

Contemporary music, but you never know! Our main purpose is to please God in all we do. In the area of music, The Good Lord has given New Covenant a host of very talented people each using their gifts to bring Him praise. Our "style" eminates from those that lead and those that lead are sensitive to the Spirit's direction. So, you never know when The New Covenant Choir will sing an a cappella piece or when the worship team will lead the congregation in a traditional hymn. The praise band has even been known to play a bit of jazz during the collection of the offering.

Multimedia, whenever possible. Studies show that the visual information you absorb when you listen can improve your understanding of the spoken word and we do all we can to bring the two together. Projected song lyrics and Bible scriptures, the use of video clips and even drama are all utilized to get the message across. Who says going to church has to be boring!

Dynamic, relevant preaching. There's really no point in getting up on a Sunday morning to hear something that doesn't quite make sense to you. At New Covenant sermons make the connection between scripture and your daily life activities. You'll leave the service armed with Biblical knowledge that'll make a difference at home and work the next day and through the week.
